Payments:

Payment is due at the time you place your order.

Orders cancelled after production begins will incur a 15% restocking fee. For orders cancelled after shipment, the fee is 15% plus both return and original shipping costs.

Production Time:

We craft each candle with care! Our average production time is 7-10 business days, but this can change.

Need your order sooner? Contact us prior to placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Discounts & Promotions:

Wholesale orders are not eligible for discounts, coupons, or sales advertised to the general public. At times we may have wholesale exclusive discounts and promotional offers.

Epic Meltdown products cannot be sold on third-party websites like Etsy, Amazon, Poshmark or Ebay.

Shipping:

We use UPS for shipping and the buyer is responsible for the charges.

Local pick-up is available in Charlotte, NC!

We're not responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped. If your order arrives damaged, email us with photos and we'll replace the items or issue a credit.

Returns & Exchanges:

Unfortunately, all wholesale sales are final. We don't offer buy-backs, credits, or exchanges. In rare cases, we may approve an exception, but the buyer will cover all shipping costs.
